Bee's RV is a campground in-between Ronald Reagan Tpke/Florida Turnpike and US-27. Lots of road noise that never stops. Large trucks use there jake brakes in the middle of the night, when passing the campground. We stayed at Bee's in November of 2006 for two days and for two weeks in Feb. 2007. We were there through our Coast to Coast Deluxe membership. This park is also AOR and RPI. We did not notice the noise from our site in Nov. of 2006, but the Feb. 2007 visit was very noisy. There was a constant noise from US 27. Heavy trucks, sirens, you name it, there was no time where you could not hear road traffic. We were in the front row "A", right next to the highway. Seasonal sites were down over a bit of a hill, towards the Ronald Reagan Turnpike. The noise seemed to pass over this area. I never noticed road traffic noise on my morning walks, down in this area. There is a swimming pool which is nice to look at, but no one swims in it, because the water is not heated. The hot tub has a thick cement cover on it. Walking and bicycle riding is the main activities here. The Bee Hive is a restaurant. It has limited hours - breakfast on the weekends and dinner on Tuesdays and Fridays. Coffee is available in the office in the mornings. There is a nice laundry. There was one large washing machine for doing duvet's or something large and also several standard sized machine. The dryers were the same as you would find in a commercial laundry. The laundry was clean and all the machines worked fine. It cost $1.50 a load for washing. The dryers were huge and several pairs of jeans for $0.75. There is an activities/clubhouse. They have ice cream socials, several activities and various entertainments over the winter months.
