We were off to a slow start this week. There were still a couple of Doctor appointments and a few other things for us to catch up on. Summer is flying by. We are at the half way point now. We have been planning our route for this winter and will be making reservations soon. We make reservations for the times and places we want to be and then the rest of the days we plan as we go. That way we are not disappointed when we get to where we want to go, because we have planned ahead, by reserving our site for the time and place. Can't take chances of not being able to be in a warm spot for the winter. We leave ourselves plenty of time between leaving here and our first major reservation. We don't like being rushed and we don't like driving over 250 miles a day in the coach unless we have to. Very seldom do we have to. Time sure flies when you are having fun. Before we knew it, the weekend was here. We have a fun day planned Sunday. We are having lunch with good friends Peggi and John McDonald of RV Living fame. We met them in London at the Radison Hotel on Wellington St. S. Lunch at Timbers and our visit was great. We always enjoy our lunches with Peggi and John and the meal was excellent.
We decided to stop at our niece Debbie's place on the way home. We are very glad that we did. Debbie, Randy, Kim, Barb, Chris and his new girlfriend and four children were all there, sitting in the back yard, along with Randy's sister and son. We had a great visit with them and hope to see them again soon. I didn't ask them if I could put their photo here, but hope they don't mind. If they do, I am sure I will here about it.
We arrived back at the coach in time to make dinner and settle in for a little TV before bedtime. It was a very interesting fun-filled day. We like those. See you next week from a new location for a change.
