June 16 - 30, 2006 This is a quiet part of this month. Not much happening. Just enjoying nice summer weather. I am walking in the mornings with Joan, when we are both available to go. June 19th to 23rd is another work week for me. Working like this helps me to pay for my new DW7000 modem and Internet satellite dish from 3i Communications. It is great being back online, anytime I want to be. Jody and Rachael came out to the river on June 24th to have a BBQ with us. Jody had been sick on Father's Day, so this is Doug's Father's Day celebration. We all enjoyed our day and visit. It was more work for me on Monday and Tuesday. June 30th we were back in Windsor for Doug's final eye check-up. He can now go and get new glasses. This month just flew by. Must be the working thing. The days sort of blend into each other and the month is gone before you have a chance to enjoy it. See you next month. You
