This is our Home Park. We are Life Members as of the summer of 2006. We do not go to this park very often since Doug retired. It is a nice park and we enjoy going there, but we are only allowed so many days out of Ontario and this park is not on our direct route to the south. They do not have a website, that I am aware of but this is from the Resorts of Distinction site ACI - Kalamazoo Latitude: 42.389588 Longitude: -85.714453Resort Description American Campgrounds is located halfway between Chicago and Detroit about 10 miles from Kalamazoo. The resort is within 10 minutes of stores, shops, malls and restaurants, yet far away enough to be really in the country. Located one mile from the resort is the famous Kal-Haven Trail, which is a 30 mile bike ride or hike to Lake Michigan. It is used for hiking and biking in summer and cross country skiing in the winter. Also located about five miles from the resort are 2 ski lodges and several golf courses.RV Accommodations Sites With Full Hook-Ups: 72Sites With Partial Hook-Ups: 99 Maximum Amperage: 50Peak Season: May 1 - October 1 Resort rules apply.
